Seman Global Group is a full-stack real estate platform developed to power a modern property management and sales operation in Nigeria. I led the end-to-end development of the system, building both the frontend and backend architecture to support property listings, verification, and administrative workflows.

A core innovation of the platform is its QR code-based property verification system. For every property listed, a unique QR code is generated and attached to its documentation. Prospective buyers can scan the QR code to instantly verify the authenticity and details of the property, reducing fraud and increasing trust in transactions — a critical challenge in the real estate sector.

On the backend, I built a robust system using Node.js and Express.js to handle listing creation, QR code generation, property data management, and transaction tracking. The system supports structured storage and retrieval of property records, ensuring consistency and reliability across operations.

An admin dashboard was developed to provide full control over the platform, including the ability to add and manage listings, monitor purchases, and track user engagement. The dashboard also includes analytics features that provide insights into property views, sales performance, and listing activity, enabling data-driven decision-making.

On the frontend, I designed a clean, responsive, and user-friendly interface that allows users to browse listings, view property details, and verify properties via QR codes seamlessly. The UI was built to reflect professionalism and trust, aligning with the expectations of high-value real estate transactions.

Key highlights of the project include secure property verification via QR codes, full CRUD functionality for listings, a data-driven admin dashboard with analytics, and a scalable architecture capable of supporting real-world real estate operations.

This project demonstrates my ability to build innovative, full-stack solutions that solve real business problems, particularly in trust-sensitive industries like real estate. It highlights my strength in backend system design, user experience, and the integration of unique features that drive real-world impact.
